The creative mind behind the ovens is Chef Mike Anderson. He has been cooking for over 30 years and loves every minute of it. “I love the ability to try new dishes and share my passion for food,” exclaims Chef Mike. “Years ago, I graduated from college with a degree in Geology, but had difficultly finding my place in the field. I had always enjoyed cooking and decided to find a new career path. Cooking seemed a natural fit for me.” After learning from the best in the business at premier hotels and five-star restaurants, he says he’s “happy to be here (at PVMC), working with wonderful staff and patients.”
Included among Chef Mike’s culinary specials are London Broil, Jambalaya, Blackened Salmon, and Anaheim Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta. Menu items rotate so there’s always something new to try.
